Job Title: Fitness Cluster ManagerLocation: South DelhiEmployment Type: Full-Time (Work From Office)Compensation: ₹50,000 – ₹70,000 per month (based on experience)Work Location: In PersonAbout the RoleWe are looking for an experienced and dynamic Fitness Cluster Manager to oversee the operations, performance, and growth of multiple fitness studios/centres within the pilates studios.The ideal candidate must have a strong background in the fitness industry along with a recognized fitness industry certification. The candidate should have hands-on experience in managing fitness teams, trainers, studio operations.Candidates with experience in established fitness and wellness organizations such as Cult.Fit, Anytime Fitness, Gold’s Gym, Fitness First, or reputed fitness/Pilates studios will be preferred.Key Responsibilities* Manage, mentor, and monitor fitness trainers, studio managers, and other operational teams.* Track team performance, productivity, attendance, staffing.* Conduct regular performance reviews and provide coaching, feedback, and CME learning and development plans for trainers.* Support the recruitment, interviewing, selection, onboarding, and training of fitness professionals and operational staff.* Ensure adequate trainer staffing and effective deployment across centres based on business requirements.* Monitor class schedules, trainer utilization, capacity,



and studio occupancy to maximize operational efficiency.* Drive customer service excellence and ensure a premium member/client experience across all locations.* Monitor customer feedback, complaints, retention, and service quality, and take corrective actions where required.* Coordinate with senior management to develop and implement operational strategies, processes, and best practices.* Conduct regular studio visits and audits to ensure compliance with company policies, operational standards, hygiene, and service protocols.* Prepare and share regular performance and operational reports with management.Must-Have Qualifications & Experience* 8+ years of experience in the fitness industry, with significant experience in fitness centre/studio operations or team management.* Mandatory: Recognized certification in the fitness industry such as Personal Training, Fitness Training, Sports Science, or an equivalent relevant certification.* Solid hands-on understanding of fitness training, gym/studio operations, and fitness industry practices.* Prior experience managing multiple fitness centres, studios, teams, or locations is highly preferred.* Candidates from established fitness brands such as Cult.Fit, Anytime Fitness, Gold’s Gym, Fitness First, or reputed fitness/wellness organizations will be preferred.What We Offer* Opportunity to lead and manage multiple fitness centres and high-performing teams.* Growth-oriented and collaborative work environment.* Exposure to strategic fitness business management and operational decision-making.Work Location: South Delhi | In Person
