Job SummaryWe are looking for an experienced and result-oriented production qualified to lead the operations of a high-speed C1S Coated Paper Machine. The ideal candidate should possess strong technical expertise in paper manufacturing, coating technology, production optimization, quality improvement, cost reduction, and team leadership.Key ResponsibilitiesLead end-to-end production operations of the C1S coated paper machine, ensuring safe, efficient, and cost-effective manufacturing.Achieve production, quality, efficiency, and waste reduction targets.Optimize machine productivity through continuous process improvement and reduced downtime.Monitor and improve key production KPIs including OEE, machine efficiency, break frequency, coating consumption, steam and power consumption, reel quality, and customer complaints.Ensure compliance with product quality standards and Critical-to-Quality (CTQ) parameters.Coordinate with Stock Preparation, Coating Kitchen, Maintenance, Quality, Planning, and Dispatch teams for smooth operations.Drive root cause analysis (RCA), CAPA implementation, and continuous improvement initiatives.Lead production planning to achieve delivery commitments while minimizing inventory and process losses.Ensure strict adherence to safety, housekeeping, environmental, and statutory requirements.Develop and mentor production teams, shift in-charges, and supervisors to build future leadership.Support new product development, grade changes, process optimization, and cost reduction projects.Achieve production, quality, efficiency,
