and internal warehouse operations.Hands-on experience in stock transfers, posting changes, scrapping, physical inventory, and production integration processes.Knowledge of RICEFW objects and SAP EWM integration with non-SAP applications.Strong troubleshooting, incident management, and production support experience.Familiarity with ServiceNow, SAP Solution Manager, or similar ticketing tools.Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.Willing to travel onsite to Italy/Switzerland for up to 2 weeks for knowledge transfer.Flexible to work in a 24x5 support setting.
