Key Responsibilities:● Manage the full implementation lifecycle including requirement gathering, configuration,testing, and deployment.● Conduct client workshops to understand business processes and map them to productcapabilities.● Configure product modules and workflows to align with customer requirements.● Manage and validate data migration activities, ensuring accuracy and integrity.● Provide training and knowledge transfer to client teams during UAT and post go-live.● Coordinate with internal teams (Product, Engineering, Support, Customer Success) forissue resolution.● Track project progress, communicate status updates, and manage risks to ensure timelydelivery.● Document implementation best practices, templates, and client-specific configurationsfor reusability.● Act as the primary point of contact for clients during the implementation phase,



ensuringa seamless handover to the support team.Required Qualifications:Educational● Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business, or relatedfield.● Certifications in project management (Agile/Scrum, PMP, PRINCE2) or SaaS toolspreferred.Professional● 2–4 years of experience in product implementation, solution delivery, or consulting.● Solid knowledge of SaaS/HRMS/Enterprise software workflows.● Hands-on experience with data migration, system configuration, and UAT management.● Proficiency in MS Excel/SQL for data handling and analysis.● Strong communication, presentation, and client-facing skills.● Ability to manage multiple implementations simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
