As a Senior Software Engineer / Full Stack Engineer, you'll play a critical role in designing and developing high-performance, resilient, cloud-native platforms. You'll collaborate with world-class engineers, contribute to scalable full stack solutions, and take ownership of features that support data-driven, AI-enabled systems including emerging GenAI and MCP capabilities.

Key Responsibilities:
- Design and implement Spring Boot-based microservices and scalable REST/gRPC APIs as part of a distributed, cloud-native ecosystem.
- Develop and maintain full stack features using Angular on the frontend and Java/Spring Boot on the backend.
- Take ownership of end-to-end feature delivery from technical design to production deployment and post-release support.
- Collaborate closely with product, architecture, DevOps, and QA to deliver business-critical features and platform capabilities.
- Contribute to system integration, orchestration, and performance tuning across backend services and data pipelines, including ETL/data integration workflows.
- Analyze and improve engineering workflows, proactively identifying bottlenecks, tech debt, and areas for optimization.
- Mentor junior engineers in development practices, debugging, and testing strategies.
- Participate in and lead design discussions, system architecture reviews, and code reviews.
- Write clear documentation for implemented features, APIs,
and operational considerations.
- Continuously evaluate and adopt new frameworks, patterns, or tools that improve team velocity or system quality.
- Influence the technology roadmap by contributing ideas that support scale, security, and maintainability including AI/GenAI enablement strategies.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or equivalent technical discipline.
- 812 years of hands-on software development experience in backend and/or full stack distributed systems.
Required Skills:
- Solid programming skills in Java with deep knowledge of Spring Boot and API-based service development.
- Proficiency in Angular for building modern, responsive frontend applications.
- Solid understanding of SQL databases (e.g., Oracle) and NoSQL databases (e.g., MongoDB).
- Hands-on experience with Kubernetes for container orchestration and workload management.
- Hands-on experience with CI/CD pipelines, Docker, and cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, GCP, or OCI.
- Working knowledge of messaging systems and observability tools such as Kafka, RabbitMQ, and Splunk.Ability to debug and resolve issues in production environments with cross-stack visibility.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience with Python or .NET for scripting, automation, or service development.
- Hands-on experience with ETL pipelines and data integration patterns across heterogeneous systems.
- Exposure to AI/GenAI technologies, MCP (Model Context Protocol), or AI-enabled application development.
- Familiarity with system architecture, performance tuning, and scalable integrations.
- Passion for continuous learning and a strong interest in mentoring or leading technical growth.
