We are looking for a Store Inward & Inventory Management Officer to manage day-to-day warehouse inward operations, inventory control, ERP entries, stock reconciliation, and warehouse documentation. The role will be responsible for accurately receiving and verifying materials against Purchase Orders, Delivery Challans, and Invoices, ensuring proper GRN/inward entries, maintaining stock records, and keeping physical inventory aligned with ERP records.

The ideal candidate should have Warehouse, or Inventory Management, with good knowledge of ERP systems and MS Excel. Candidates with experience in solar, electrical, manufacturing, or EPC warehouse operations will be preferred.

Responsibilities

- Manage daily material inward and receiving activities
- Verify materials against PO, Delivery Challan and Invoice
- Check quantity, specifications, condition and packaging of incoming materials
- Maintain proper material tagging, identification and storage locations
- Ensure proper warehouse documentation, discipline and material arrangement

Must Have

- 2–3 years of relevant experience in Stores / Warehouse / Inventory Management
- Practical experience in material inward and receiving processes




- Hands-on experience with ERP-based inventory entries and GRN
- Experience in stock reconciliation and physical verification
- Ability to identify and resolve inventory discrepancies

Nice to have

- Experience with Odoo ERP
- Experience in solar, electrical, manufacturing or EPC warehouse operations
- Experience handling electrical/electronic materials
- Experience with warehouse SOPs and inventory reporting
