Responsibilities
- Design and implement energetic lesson plans that align with state and national curriculum standards for English language arts.
- Facilitate interactive classroom discussions and activities to enhance students' reading comprehension, writing proficiency, and oral communication abilities.
- Assess student progress through a variety of formative and summative evaluations, providing constructive feedback to guide improvement.

Requirements
- Possess a Bachelor's or Master's degree in English Literature, Education, or a closely related field.
- Hold a valid teaching certification or credential required for secondary education in Maharashtra.
- Demonstrate a minimum of 2 to 5 years of proven experience in teaching English at the school level.
- Exhibit exceptional command of the English language, including grammar, vocabulary, and pronunciation.
- Show strong proficiency in integrating technology into the classroom to enhance learning outcomes.
