Muthoot Finance Ltd is looking for energetic, ambitious, and result-driven Customer Acquisition Executive Interns Interns to join our Alternate Channel team for Recent Customer Acquisition.

This internship offers hands-on exposure in field sales, lead generation, customer acquisition, and financial product sales under the guidance of experienced Sales Managers. Candidates will be part of a structured growth program with a clear career progression path to become a Sales Manager within 18 months.

Key Responsibilities

- Generate leads through open market activities for Gold Loans and other financial products.
- Conduct customer acquisition drives and build strong customer relationships.
- Support branch teams in customer onboarding, KYC verification, and operational activities.
- Assist Cluster Sales Managers in achieving sales targets across 8–10 branches.
- Learn and implement financial product pitching and field sales strategies.
- Conduct market visits, competitor analysis, and customer engagement activities.
- Provide regular updates on performance and market feedback to the Sales Manager.

Eligibility Criteria

- Qualification: Graduate in any stream (2022,2023, 2024, 2025 ,2026 pass-outs preferred)
- Age: 21–30 years
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Willingness to work in field sales and customer acquisition roles
- Self-motivated, target-oriented, and customer-focused
- Ability to travel within cluster locations

Career Growth & Compensation Structure

Phase 1

Internship Period

- 1–6 Months: Stipend – ₹14,000/- per month
- 7–12 Months: Stipend – ₹18,000/- per month

Phase 2

Executive Role

- 13–18 Months: Promoted as Sales Executive
- Salary – ₹21,000/- per month

Phase 3

Executive Role

- 18–24 Months: Promoted as Sales Executive
- Salary – ₹24,000/- per month

Phase 4

Sales Manager Role

- After successful completion of 18 months, promoted as Sales Manager
- Salary – ₹41,000/- per month
- Retention Bonus: ₹1,00,000/-
- Total earning potential up to ₹6 LPA
