Job Title: HR Executive – Warehouse Operations

Role Overview

We are looking for an HR Executive to support warehouse operations by managing employee onboarding, attendance, compliance, documentation, payroll coordination, and workforce management. The ideal candidate should have experience handling blue-collar employees and day-to-day HR operations in a warehouse, logistics, manufacturing, or similar workplace.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage employee onboarding, joining formalities, and documentation.
- Maintain attendance, leave records, and employee databases.
- Coordinate PF, ESIC, and other statutory compliance activities.
- Maintain HR MIS and employee records accurately.
- Support payroll processing by providing attendance and other payroll inputs.
- Handle employee grievances and disciplinary matters.




- Coordinate with warehouse and operations teams for workforce management.
- Ensure timely completion of HR documentation and compliance requirements.
- Support employee engagement and day-to-day HR operations.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- 1–2 years of experience in HR Operations.
- Knowledge of PF, ESIC, labour compliance, attendance, and payroll inputs.
- Experience handling blue-collar or warehouse workforce preferred.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and HR documentation.
- Ability to coordinate with multiple stakeholders and manage employee issues.
