Role Description The Senior Design Architect is a full-time, on-site role based in Navi Mumbai. This position is responsible for leading architectural design projects, developing concepts, and translating client needs into functional, compliant, and aesthetically sound solutions. The role involves preparing and reviewing construction drawings, coordinating with internal teams and external stakeholders, and ensuring design alignment with safety standards and regulatory requirements. The Senior Design Architect will oversee design management activities, provide guidance to junior team members, and participate in client meetings to present design proposals and resolve technical queries. This role requires close collaboration with project managers and consultants to integrate safety, productivity, and sustainability considerations into every design.
Qualifications

- Strong expertise in Architectural Design and Architecture, with a track record of leading complex design projects.
- Proficiency in Design Management,



including coordinating multidisciplinary inputs and overseeing end-to-end design processes.
- Hands-on experience creating and reviewing Construction Drawings, ensuring accuracy, constructability, and regulatory compliance.
- Excellent Communication skills, with the ability to present concepts clearly and collaborate effectively with clients, consultants, and project teams.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture from an accredited institution; skilled licensure or registration is an advantage.
- Experience working on commercial, industrial, or safety-focused projects, preferably within consulting or PMC environments.
- Strong knowledge of building codes, safety regulations, and relevant standards applicable in India.
- Ability to mentor junior architects, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency with industry-standard design and drafting software (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit, or similar tools).
