Position: Project Manager – Waterproofing

Salary: 20 to 30% above current CTC

Industry: Waterproofing / Construction Chemicals / Specialist Contracting

WrapPro India is looking for an experienced Project Manager – Waterproofing who can independently manage multiple project sites with strong ownership over execution, quality, productivity, manpower, billing and client coordination.

Key Responsibilities

- Plan and manage waterproofing projects from mobilisation to final handover.
- Coordinate with Clients and internal teams.
- Ensure works are executed as per approved specifications, methodology and quality standards.
- Plan manpower, materials, equipment and daily site activities.
- Monitor planned vs actual progress and drive productivity at site.
- Manage Site Engineers, Supervisors, Applicators and labour teams.
- Ensure timely preparation of measurements, quantities, RA bills and supporting documentation.
- Monitor material consumption, labour productivity and project costs.
- Identify execution bottlenecks early and take corrective action.
- Maintain proper QA/QC, safety, DPRs and project documentation.
- Manage testing, snag rectification, project closure and handover.




- Take complete ownership of assigned projects with minimum management intervention.

Candidate Profile

- B.Tech in Civil Engineering
- Preferably 5+ years of project execution experience
- Experience in waterproofing, construction chemicals, repair & rehabilitation, flooring or specialist contracting strongly preferred
- Strong understanding of site execution and construction drawings
- Good knowledge of measurements, quantities and billing
- Ability to independently handle multiple sites
- Robust communication and client-management skills
- Commercially aware with a focus on productivity and cost control
- Comfortable leading engineers, supervisors and labour teams
- Willing to travel across project locations in Mumbai / MMR
