Role Overview

As an HR Intern, you will support structured assignments involving recruitment coordination, candidate communication, resume screening, HR documentation, and operational follow-ups. Key Responsibilities

- Support recruitment activities including resume screening and candidate shortlisting

- Assist in posting job openings on relevant platforms and maintaining hiring trackers

- Coordinate with candidates for interview scheduling and follow-up communication

- Support talent acquisition documentation and candidate database management





- Assist in maintaining HR records, trackers, and structured reports

- Participate in employee engagement or internal communication assignments

- Help prepare recruitment summaries, status updates, and coordination reports

- Support onboarding documentation and joining formalities coordination

- Collaborate on execution-focused HR operations projects

- Maintain professional communication with candidates and internal teams
