Job Title: Sales Telecaller/Sales Associate

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Conduct B2B cold calling and generate qualified leads.
- Connect with prospective clients through calls, emails, LinkedIn, and other channels.
- Schedule and participate in virtual client meetings.
- Maintaining sales pipeline through CRM.
- Understand client requirements and effectively communicate our services/solutions.
- Follow up with prospects and support the sales team in converting leads.
- Maintain accurate lead and follow-up records.
- Consistently achieve assigned calling, meeting, and lead-generation targets.




- Coordinate with the sales team for smooth lead handover and closure.

SKILLS REQUIRED:

- 1–2 years of experience in B2B sales, telecalling, inside sales, or business development.
- Excellent English communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong confidence and ability to communicate with decision-makers.
- Comfortable with cold calling and virtual meetings.
- Prior experience in handling B2B clients is mandatory.
- Educational qualification: BE/B.Tech.
- Prior experience in IPR sales/telecalling will be a plus.
- Self-motivated, target-oriented, and willing to learn.
