ABOUT THE ROLE

We are looking for an experienced CCU Engineer with strong hands-on experience in Close Control Air Conditioning and Precision Cooling systems.

The role will be responsible for the installation, commissioning, operation, preventive maintenance, corrective maintenance and troubleshooting of CCU systems, particularly in critical and controlled environments.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

- Install, commission and maintain Close Control Air Conditioning (CCU) systems
- Carry out preventive and corrective maintenance of CCU equipment.
- Diagnose and rectify **mechanical, electrical, refrigeration and control-related faults.
- Troubleshoot compressors, condensers, evaporators, expansion valves, fans and associated components.
- Monitor and maintain required temperature, humidity, airflow and pressure conditions
- Carry out refrigerant circuit checks, leak detection, recovery and charging where required.
- Troubleshoot CCU control panels, sensors, controllers, actuators and associated control systems.
- Work with BMS and monitoring systems connected to CCU equipment.
- Support testing, commissioning and performance verification of CCU systems.
- Attend emergency breakdowns and provide timely technical solutions.
- Identify recurring equipment issues and recommend corrective actions.
- Maintain accurate service reports, maintenance records and technical documentation
- Coordinate with clients, facility management teams and site representatives.




- Ensure all work is carried out according to UAE safety standards and company procedures

TECHNICAL REQUIREMENTS

- Strong hands-on experience with Close Control Air Conditioning (CCU) systems.
- Good knowledge of Precision Cooling systems.
- Robust understanding of refrigeration principles and cooling cycles.
- Experience with compressors, condensers, evaporators, expansion valves and fans.
- Knowledge of CCU electrical control panels and control circuits.
- Experience with sensors, controllers, actuators and temperature/humidity control.
- Understanding of BMS interface and monitoring systems.
- Ability to read electrical wiring diagrams and CCU control schematics.
- Strong troubleshooting and fault-finding skills.
- Knowledge of DX and chilled-water based CCU systems is an advantage.

CANDIDATE PROFILE

- Diploma / ITI / Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical, Refrigeration, Air Conditioning or related field.
- 3–7 years of relevant CCU / Precision Cooling experience.
- Experience working in Data Centers, Telecom Facilities, Critical Facilities, Hospitals or other controlled environments will be highly advantageous.
- Strong hands-on technical and troubleshooting ability.
- Good communication and client-handling skills.
- Ability to work independently and respond to emergency breakdowns.
- Valid Driving License is an advantage.
