Role Description The Sales and Service Associate is a full-time on-site role based in Patna, responsible for supporting client acquisition, relationship management, and campaign delivery. This role involves identifying potential clients, presenting OOH advertising solutions, and coordinating with internal teams to develop proposals and media plans. The associate will manage day-to-day communication with clients, ensure timely execution of campaigns, and assist with monitoring and reporting to maintain service quality. Responsibilities also include maintaining accurate sales records, following up on leads, handling basic documentation,



and providing post-sales support to address client queries. The role requires close collaboration with operations and media planning teams to ensure smooth execution from briefing to campaign completion.
Qualifications

- Client service and relationship management skills, including the ability to understand client needs and offer suitable advertising solutions.
- Sales and business development capabilities, such as lead generation, pitching services, and supporting negotiation and closure of deals.
- Basic knowledge of advertising or marketing concepts, preferably with exposure to OOH, media planning, or campaign execution.
- Solid communication and interpersonal skills, with proficiency in spoken and written English and local languages as relevant.
- Organizational and coordination skills, including attention to detail, time management, and ability to handle multiple campaigns simultaneously.
- Comfort with using office productivity tools and technology platforms for reporting, documentation, and campaign tracking.
- Ability to work on-site, travel locally as needed for client meetings and site visits, and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Preferred: Diploma or bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field, and prior experience in sales or client service in media, advertising, or related industries.
