It has partnered with Flexiple to build out its founding finance function, starting with an analyst who can turn ARR, churn, and cohort data into a story leadership trusts. Flexiple is a managed marketplace that helps global companies build high-performing teams and GCCs in India.

Role Overview

As a Financial Analyst, you will own the numbers behind a fast-moving subscription business, building the models, forecasts, and dashboards that tell the company where its revenue is really coming from.

Key Responsibilities

Revenue and Metrics

- Track MRR, ARR, churn, expansion, and cohort trends across the customer base
- Build and maintain the SaaS metrics dashboard used in every leadership review
- Flag anomalies in billing or usage data before they become finance surprises

Planning and Partnering

- Support budgeting, forecasting,



and monthly board-reporting cycles
- Partner with sales and customer success to model pipeline and renewal risk

Ideal Candidate Profile

- 1 to 4 years in FP and A, financial analysis, or SaaS metrics reporting
- Strong Excel or Google Sheets skills and comfort pulling data from a billing or CRM system
- A curious, structured thinker who is comfortable with ambiguity and fast iteration
- Clear written and spoken English and a reliable remote-work setup

Preferred Qualifications

- Exposure to tools like Chargebee, Stripe, HubSpot, or a modern BI stack
- CA Inter, CFA Level 1, or an MBA in Finance
