About the Role

We are looking for a Client Relationship & Pre-Sales Executive to support customer communication, telecalling, lead follow-ups and sales coordination.

The role will primarily involve speaking with prospective customers, understanding their requirements, following up on enquiries, coordinating site visits and supporting the sales team throughout the customer journey.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle customer enquiries and telecalling
- Follow up with leads and support site visit coordination
- Maintain customer and lead information
- Coordinate with the sales and internal teams




- Support customer communication through different stages of the sales process
- Assist with basic reporting, CRM updates and follow-up tracking

Required Qualifications

- 1-2 years of experience in telecalling, pre-sales, customer relationship, sales coordination or a similar role
- Real estate experience will be preferred
- Currently based in Ahmedabad
- Available for a full-time, in office role in Naranpura
- Good written and verbal communication skills
- Strong follow-up and coordination skills
- Comfortable speaking with customers over calls and WhatsApp
- Basic understanding of CRM systems and sales tracking
- Organised, proactive and customer-focused
- Working knowledge of Gujarati, Hindi and English

Preferred Qualifications

- Experience in Ahmedabad's residential real estate market
- Experience handling digital or campaign-generated leads
- Familiarity with pre-sales and customer follow-up processes
