About Company:

Indian Chemical Corporation (ICC) is one of India's leading importers and distributors of Titanium Dioxide (TiO₂), Carbon Black and Specialty Chemicals.

We are looking for an experienced B2B Sales / Business Development professional with strong exposure to the Plastic Masterbatch industry to expand our customer base and grow our specialty chemical business.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and expand business with Plastic Masterbatch manufacturers across India
- Identify new customers and generate business opportunities
- Manage and grow existing key customer accounts
- Promote ICC's Titanium Dioxide, Carbon Black and Specialty Chemical portfolio
- Understand customer requirements and provide appropriate commercial solutions
- Generate enquiries, prepare quotations and negotiate commercial terms
- Follow up on opportunities and drive orders to closure
- Coordinate with procurement, logistics and internal teams for smooth order execution
- Maintain strong relationships with customers and identify opportunities for account growth




- Monitor industry trends, customer requirements and competitor activity
- Achieve assigned sales and business development objectives

What We're Looking for:

- Minimum 3 years of B2B sales / business development experience
- Existing network within the Plastic Masterbatch industry
- Strong understanding of customer development and account management
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Strong commercial orientation and relationship-building abilities
- Target-driven and self-motivated approach
- Understanding of polymers, pigments and additives will be an advantage
