Work directly with the founder building an experiential resort

Rangmanch Farms is a 20-acre resort and farm stay about 30 minutes from Delhi via the Dwarka Expressway. We have 30+ rooms, 80+ activities and games, conference halls, and a growing business in corporate outings, social events and school trips.

The founder runs many things at once — new development, branding, marketing, partnerships, pricing, guest experience. He needs one sharp person working directly with him to push all of this forward. That is this role.

You will work with the founder every day. You will see how a hospitality business is actually built and run, and you will get real responsibility from the first month.

This is not an IT, software or data-analytics job. There is no coding, no dashboards, no desk-only work. It is an on-ground, people-facing role — guests, vendors, business development, partner management, events, site visits and follow-ups. If most of your experience is in IT services, software development or data analytics, this role will not be a fit, and we will not be able to consider your application.

What you will do

• Lead special projects given by the founder — research, analysis, execution and follow-up

• Plan and manage events at the property, working with vendors and our staff

• Take care of VIP guests when they visit

• Run our social media — content calendar, posting,



festive and marketing posts, coordination with bloggers

• Track guest reviews and ratings on Google, TripAdvisor and travel platforms, and respond to them

• Find and contact B2B partners — event management companies, travel agents, corporate bookers

• Find new vendors and suppliers, visit them, compare options and help with purchase decisions

• Manage branding and print material — brochures, signage, collateral

• Lead initiatives to improve the guest experience at the property

• Write SOPs, coordinate between departments, help with hiring, and keep follow-ups moving

Who should apply

• 2–4 years of work experience in hospitality, operations, marketing, sales or events. If you have startup experience, it should be in one of these functions — business roles, not technical roles.

• You have done something on your own — organised an event, run a social media page, managed a project, or handled a real business responsibility

• Good Hindi and English, spoken and written

• Comfortable with Excel or Google Sheets, Canva and social media experience

• Comfortable using AI tools like ChatGPT or Claude for daily work

• Ready to work 6 days a week at the property, with the weekly off on a weekday — weekends are our busiest days. Own vehicle preferred.

Salary and perks

6–8 lakh per year, depending on experience.
