A fast-expanding healthcare provider in North India, we deliver integrated primary and emergency care services across tier-2 and tier-3 towns, with a mission to bridge urban-rural healthcare gaps through technology-enabled clinical workflows. Our clinics and diagnostic centers serve thousands of patients monthly, with a strong focus on clinical excellence, patient safety, and streamlined physician workflows. We are scaling our clinical teams in Saharanpur to support growing patient volumes and expand our service portfolio.

Role & Responsibilities

- Deliver high-quality outpatient and in-patient clinical care under supervision, including preliminary diagnosis, treatment planning, and referral coordination.
- Document patient history, vitals, examination findings, and treatment plans accurately in our digital EHR system.
- Assist senior consultants in managing emergency cases, ward rounds, and minor procedures as assigned.
- Coordinate with nursing, pharmacy, and lab teams to ensure smooth patient flow and timely interventions.
- Participate in hospital audits, quality checklists, and clinical training modules to maintain protocol adherence.




- Support vaccination drives, health camps, and community outreach programs as needed.

Skills & Qualifications

Must-Have

- MBBS degree with valid registration
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
- Experience in outpatient or inpatient settings (even internship rotations accepted)
- Familiarity with digital medical records or hospital management systems
- Ability to work in rapid-paced, high-volume environments
- Strong clinical judgment and diagnostic accuracy under supervision

Preferred

- Experience in emergency medicine or rural health settings
- Knowledge of commonly used antibiotics, antipyretics, and primary care protocols
- Proficiency in local language (Hindi) for patient communication
