Job Description:

- Department: Production
Location: Manufacturing Plant
Experience: 2–6 Years

Qualification:
B.Sc/M.Sc Chemistry or Diploma/B.E./B.Tech Chemical Engineering

Key Responsibilities:

- Execute daily/shift-wise production plans and batch scheduling.
- Handle batch reactor, reaction, distillation, filtration, extraction & drying operations.
- Monitor process parameters such as temperature, pressure, pH and reaction time.
- Ensure compliance with SOPs, BMR, GMP/ISO and safety procedures.
- Coordinate with QC/QA, Maintenance, Stores and Safety teams.
- Supervise operators/helpers and manage shift activities.
- Maintain BMR, production, yield and shift handover reports.
- Monitor RM consumption, yield, wastage and process efficiency.

Preferred Experience: Aroma Chemicals / Fragrance & Flavour / Fine Chemicals / Specialty Chemicals / Pharma Production.

Key Skills: Batch Process, Reactor Operations, Distillation, BMR Documentation, Production Planning, Team Handling, Safety & MS Excel/ERP.
