Job Description:

- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly production plans based on customer requirements and project schedules.

- Monitor production progress across lamination, curing, machining, trimming, assembly, and tooling operations.

- Coordinate with Production, Purchase, Stores, Quality, and Engineering teams to ensure smooth execution of production schedules.

- Follow up on material availability and coordinate with procurement teams to prevent production delays.

- Track work-in-progress (WIP) and identify bottlenecks impacting production timelines.

- Update SAP systems with production planning data and maintain planning records.

- Support capacity planning activities by tracking machine loading and manpower utilization.

- Assist in inventory planning and control activities to maintain optimum stock levels.

- Participate in production review meetings and communicate schedule changes to concerned departments.

- Prepare MIS reports, planning dashboards, and performance data for management review.

- Ensure compliance with AS9100D, ISO 9001, and company planning procedures.
