About The Role: We are seeking a Data & AI Strategy Manager to lead high-impact consulting engagements, helping clients define their Data & AI vision, develop clear strategies and roadmaps, and guide execution. The role also involves leading teams, engaging with senior stakeholders, supporting business growth, and contributing to thought leadership.

Key Responsibilities

- Act as trusted advisor to senior and C-suite stakeholders; lead engagements owning outcomes, risk, and delivery quality; run executive workshops to align on Data & AI vision and investment.
- Define enterprise Data, AI, and GenAI strategies, target operating models, and phased roadmaps; identify and prioritize high-value use cases with clear ROI.
- Own commercial delivery: shape statements of work, manage project financials, timelines, and resourcing, and ensure contractual deliverables meet or exceed standard.
- Lead, coach, and develop cross-functional consulting teams; build a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement; contribute to practice capability building.
- Drive thought leadership and business development: produce points of view and IP, support proposals and client pursuits, represent the firm at industry events.
- Turn analysis into influence: generate insights from data, craft executive narratives and board papers, and translate technical concepts into business-focused messages.

What We're Looking For?

Consulting & Leadership Experience





- Proven track record delivering Data & AI strategy engagements in consulting or professional services.
- Strong people leadership, including managing and mentoring consulting teams.
- Demonstrated success in high-paced, client-facing roles with senior stakeholders.

Strategic & Commercial Acumen

- Experience shaping consulting engagements, including statements of work and commercial models.
- Strong understanding of market, industry, and technology trends impacting Data & AI.

Data, AI & Technology Foundations

- Solid baseline understanding of Data & AI platforms, including cloud ecosystems (AWS, Azure, GCP).
- Practical experience with data visualization, analytics, and storytelling tools.
- Exposure to AI and GenAI concepts, use cases, and delivery considerations.

Communication & Influence

- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- Confidence engaging and influencing senior executives and diverse stakeholder groups.
- Strong analytical mindset, able to synthesize complex problems into pragmatic solutions.
