Role Description The Field Marketing Representative is a full-time, in office role based in Bengaluru South. This role involves promoting NRK INFOTECH's training programs to prospective learners through field visits, events, and local partnerships. Day-to-day responsibilities include engaging with potential candidates, explaining program offerings, collecting leads, and following up to drive enrollment. The representative will build and maintain relationships with educational institutions, community groups, and local businesses to increase brand awareness. The role also includes gathering market feedback, supporting sales initiatives, coordinating with the internal marketing and admissions teams,



and maintaining accurate records of outreach activities.
Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Field Marketing skills, including experience with in-person promotions, local campaigns, and event-based outreach.
- Candidates should possess Relationship Building and Customer Service skills to develop trust with prospective learners and partners.
- Candidates should possess effective Communication skills, including clear verbal and written communication and confident public speaking.
- Candidates should possess Sales skills, with the ability to convert leads, meet targets, and support enrollment objectives.
- Relevant qualifications such as prior experience in education or training services, familiarity with the local Bengaluru South market, and basic digital literacy are beneficial.
- Ability to work independently in the field, organize schedules, and report activities accurately; proficiency with CRM or lead-tracking tools is an advantage.
- A bachelor's degree in marketing, business, communications, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory if supported by strong, relevant experience.
