J Bulls Infotech Pvt. Ltd. is looking for an experienced Performance Marketing Specialist to join our team in Ahmedabad.
We are looking for someone with strong hands-on experience in Meta Ads and Google Ads, particularly for lead generation and conversion-focused campaigns. Experience managing Real Estate campaigns will be highly preferred.
Key Responsibilities
• Plan, manage and scale Real Estate lead generation campaigns
• Manage Meta Ads and Google Ads with a focus on quality leads and conversions
• Monitor and optimise CPL, CPA, CTR, conversion rate and ROAS
• Manage budgets, targeting, retargeting and audience strategies
• Test creatives, ad copy and audiences to improve campaign performance
• Set up and manage tracking through GA4, GTM and Meta Pixel
Requirements
• 2 to 3 years of Performance Marketing experience
• Real Estate campaign experience is required
• Strong hands-on experience with Meta Ads and Google Ads
• Proven experience generating and scaling qualified leads
• Strong understanding of campaign optimisation and conversion tracking
• Agency experience is preferred
Salary: Up to ₹50,000 per month
