Overview

The primary purpose of this role is to deliver core S&T; Internal Services capabilities across multiple S&T; internal programs , including program reporting, governance, communications, integrated planning, and knowledge management.

Acting as a trusted partner to program teams and leadership, the role drives operational excellence through effective coordination, stakeholder engagement, process improvement, and data-driven insights.

The role enables consistent execution, transparency, and informed decision-making across programs by establishing scalable ways of working, maintaining effective governance and reporting mechanisms, and delivering critical operational support services. Through continuous improvement, knowledge management, and stakeholder engagement, the role strengthens organizational capability, enhances service delivery, and supports the successful execution and sustainability of strategic transformation initiatives.

Responsibilities

Functional Responsibilities:

- Integrated Planning, Coordination & Operational Excellence
- Coordinate integrated planning activities across programs, including milestone tracking, stakeholder coordination, operational support, and continuous process improvement.
- Partner with functional teams to improve efficiency, transparency, and delivery readiness across key initiatives.
- Develop and refine internal processes, including workflow mapping, identification of pain points, and management of operational bottlenecks.
- Identify process improvement opportunities and drive standardization and simplification based on stakeholder and end-user feedback.
- Monitor and escalate operational risks that may impact program delivery.

- Program Reporting & Business Insights




- Liase with reporting and product teams to deliver standardized reporting, dashboards, and executive-ready updates across S&T; Internal Transformation programs.
- Consolidate inputs from multiple stakeholders, track key performance indicators, monitor progress against plans, and provide actionable insights to support leadership decision-making and program governance.
- Develop reporting materials, presentations, and business narratives tailored to leadership and stakeholder needs.
- Support ad hoc analysis and executive follow-ups through data-driven insights, visualizations, and storytelling.

- Communications, Stakeholder Engagement & Governance
- Develop and execute communication strategies, stakeholder engagement plans, governance routines, and program operating rhythms.
- Create leadership presentations, manage communications calendars, coordinate forums and office hours, and ensure timely dissemination of key updates, decisions, milestones, and action items across global stakeholder groups.
- Partner with stakeholders across geographies and functions to drive alignment, engagement, and program awareness.
- Monitor stakeholder feedback and incorporate insights to continuously improve program communications and deliverables.

- Knowledge & Content Management
- Own the lifecycle management of program assets including SharePoint sites, playbooks, FAQs, training materials,



templates, reference documentation, and onboarding content.
- Establish document governance standards, maintain a centralized source of truth, and ensure critical knowledge assets remain current, accessible, and aligned across programs.
- Support content curation, publication, and maintenance to drive adoption and user enablement.
