• Strong P&C; / Broking lifecycle knowledge

• Positive understanding of international Property & Casualty policy issuance

• Hands-on knowledge of Binders, Endorsements & Policy Issuance

• Experience in Benefit Administration (EB) with good Excel knowledge

• Ability to handle exceptions and resolve process-related issues

• Strong analytical, communication & problem-solving skills

• Exposure to Agency Management Systems / Portals

• Good understanding of Property & Casualty insurance products and processes
