About the Role

We are looking for a hands-on IT Recruiter / Technical Recruiter who can independently manage the recruitment process from sourcing and screening candidates to interview coordination and offer closure.

The ideal candidate should have strong experience in IT recruitment, candidate sourcing, screening, Boolean search, job portals, candidate engagement, and stakeholder coordination.

Key Responsibilities

- Understand technical job requirements and identify suitable candidate profiles.
- Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, and other recruitment channels.
- Conduct Boolean and keyword-based searches to identify relevant candidates.
- Review resumes and shortlist suitable candidates.
- Conduct initial screening calls to assess technical skills, experience, communication,



salary expectations, and availability.
- Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring teams.
- Maintain regular communication and follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
- Negotiate salary/compensation and support candidate closure.
- Maintain candidate databases, recruitment trackers, and pipeline reports.
- Work on multiple IT requirements simultaneously and meet recruitment timelines.
- Coordinate with hiring managers and provide regular recruitment updates.
- Ensure a smooth candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.

Required Skills

- Hands-on experience in IT/Technical Recruitment.
- Strong candidate sourcing and screening skills.
- Experience with Boolean Search and job portals.
- Good understanding of technical roles and IT technologies.
- Experience using platforms such as Naukri, LinkedIn, Monster, Foundit, or similar portals.
- Solid communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good candidate engagement and follow-up skills.
- Strong negotiation and candidate-closing abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple requirements and work within deadlines.
- Ability to work independently and meet recruitment targets.

Preferred Experience

- Experience working with recruitment consultancies/staffing companies.
- Experience handling permanent and contract positions.
- Experience recruiting across multiple IT technologies.
- Experience working directly with clients or hiring managers.
- Familiarity with ATS or recruitment CRM tools.
