Role Overview

We are looking for a highly motivated and detail-oriented Associate Presales Analyst to support the Presales and Bid Management team in preparing client proposals, RFP/RFI responses, capability presentations, and solution documentation related to Quality Engineering and Software Testing services.

This role is ideal for candidates seeking exposure to enterprise sales support, proposal management, testing services, and solution consulting.

Experience

- Experience in Presales, Bid Management, Proposal Management, IT Services, Business Analysis, Testing, or related domains.
- Freshers with strong communication and analytical skills can also be considered.

Key Responsibilities

- Support preparation of RFP, RFI, RFQ, and proposal responses.
- Coordinate with Delivery, Testing SMEs, Sales, and Solution Architects to gather proposal inputs.
- Create capability presentations, case studies, client decks, and service collateral.
- Assist in effort estimation documentation and pricing support.
- Conduct market, client, competitor, and industry research.




- Maintain repository of reusable proposal content and success stories.
- Review client requirements and map organizational capabilities.
- Support bid governance activities and submission tracking.
- Participate in client discussions, solution walkthroughs, and internal review meetings.
- Ensure proposal quality, compliance, and timely submissions.

Required Skills

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong PowerPoint and MS Office skills.
- Basic understanding of Software Testing and Quality Engineering concepts.
- Knowledge of SDLC, STLC, Agile, and QA methodologies.
- Solid analytical and documentation skills.
- Ability to work with multiple stakeholders and manage deadlines.

Preferred Skills

- Exposure to Jira, Azure DevOps, Test Management tools.
- Understanding of Automation Testing, Performance Testing, Security Testing, or Digital Assurance services.
