Requirements:
- Minimum 14 years of relevant experience in engineering/manufacturing industries.
- Diploma/Degree in Mechanical Engineering.
- Strong experience in maintenance of mechanical presses, forging presses/equipment, SPMs, conventional drilling machines and other engineering machinery.
- Valuable practical knowledge of hydraulics and pneumatics.
- Experience handling preventive, predictive and breakdown maintenance.
- Ability to lead and guide a team of fitters, electricians and electrical engineers.
- Should be capable of recruiting, training and building the maintenance team.
- Strong troubleshooting, team-management and leadership skills.
- Candidates from automotive components, bicycle components, agricultural equipment, forging or similar engineering industries preferred.
- Candidates from unrelated industries such as textiles will not be considered.
