About the role

You will join the QA team, focused on testing and automating validation of the frontend/UI layer.

Responsibilities

- Python Automation - 5 to 7 yrs of experience with networking experience
- Pune location preferred, with fallback on Bangalore
- Working with large enterprise experience
- Overlap in US working time
- Build and maintain UI test automation (Playwright; Cypress is a plus) for controller frontend interfaces
- Design and execute manual and automated UI test scenarios covering functional and regression cases
- Report and track defects, collaborating with frontend developers to clarify requirements
- Integrate UI test suites into CI/CD pipelines
- Support cross-layer testing efforts alongside platform and backend engineers

Requirements

- Solid Python skills, with hands-on UI test automation experience using Playwright and Cypress is a plus
- General networking fundamentals (TCP/IP, routing); SD-WAN exposure is a plus
- Comfortable working independently, taking ownership of assigned test areas
- Mid-to-senior level experience in QA automation / SDET roles

Nice to have:

Cisco certifications: CCNA and CCNP
