**Description** We are looking for a Lead Software Developer with strong hands-on experience in Python, React/Svelte, cloud-native applications, APIs, and microservices to develop scalable software solutions for engineering-focused applications. The ideal candidate will have experience in Engineering/EPC domains and a strong understanding of modern software development, cloud technologies, CI/CD, and AI-enabled applications. **Key Responsibilities:** + Design, develop, test, and maintain scalable full-stack applications using Python and React/Svelte. + Develop REST APIs and microservices using FastAPI/Django/Flask. + Implement efficient, maintainable, and reusable software components. + Work with databases including PostgreSQL, SQL, and NoSQL. + Develop engineering automation, validation, and data-processing solutions. + Integrate applications with CAD/engineering systems and external services. + Implement cloud-native solutions using Azure/GCP. + Work with Docker, Kubernetes/Cloud Run, and CI/CD pipelines. + Write unit/integration tests and participate in code reviews. + Troubleshoot performance, reliability, and production issues. + Collaborate with Architects, Tech Leads, QA, DevOps, Product Owners, and Engineering SMEs. + Contribute to AI-enabled applications using LLMs, AI APIs, prompt engineering, and automation frameworks. + Participate in Agile/Scrum development and contribute to technical design and estimation.



**Engineering Domain Experience:** **Experience in one or more of the following is preferred:** + Engineering / EPC + CAD/BIM applications + AutoCAD / Civil 3D + DWG/DXF processing + Engineering calculations and validation + Engineering automation and quality-control tools + Geometry/spatial data processing Experience with AutoCAD APIs, GIS, PostGIS, GeoPandas, Shapely, or engineering software integration is a strong advantage. **Required Skills:** + 8-10 years of software development experience. + Strong hands-on Python development. + FastAPI / Django / Flask. + React and/or Svelte. + REST APIs and microservices. + PostgreSQL / SQL / NoSQL. + Docker and cloud platforms (Azure/GCP). + CI/CD and Git/GitHub. + Unit and integration testing. + Understanding of system design, scalability, security, and performance. + Agile/Scrum experience. **Good to Have:** + Kubernetes / Cloud Run. + Terraform / Infrastructure as Code. + GitHub Actions / Jenkins / Harness. + Event-driven architecture and messaging. + Observability and monitoring. + AI/ML, LLMs, Generative AI, or Agentic workflows. + Data engineering / analytics experience. + NumPy, Pandas, SciPy, GeoPandas, PySpark. **Preferred Profile:** + Strong problem-solving and analytical skills. + Good communication and collaboration skills. + Ability to work independently and as part of a distributed team. + Robust ownership of assigned features and deliverables. + Passion for engineering software, automation, cloud technologies, and modern AI-enabled development. **Qualifications** + Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering in any specialization, or a related field.
