Job Description We are seeking an experienced Customer Project Manager to lead the successful delivery of complex customer-facing technology projects. This individual will be responsible for managing project scope, schedule, budget, risks, stakeholder communications, and overall execution while ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and business outcomes. The ideal candidate brings robust leadership skills, the ability to manage cross-functional teams, and experience delivering multi-technology projects in a fast-paced environment. - Lead two to four medium-to-large customer projects with moderate-to-high risk profiles - Establish the project structure, governance, and processes required for successful delivery - Drive projects to completion on time, within budget, and at a high level of quality - Align project execution with customer business objectives, vision, and strategy - Develop project plans and lead end-to-end implementation - Track project metrics, financial performance, and profitability - Manage scope, contractual change-control processes, risks, issues, dependencies, and communications - Provide timely status reporting to key stakeholders - Coordinate third-party technical delivery resources and commercial requirements - Identify additional business opportunities and provide input into presales and renewal activities - Mentor junior project management team members Capture and share project lessons learned and best practices We are a company committed to creating diverse and inclusive environments where people can bring their full, authentic selves to work every day. Skills and Requirements - College or university degree, or equivalent experience - 6+ years of related project management experience in a comparable industry - Experience leading two to four medium-to-large customer projects - Experience delivering multi-technology projects - Regional project delivery experience - Strong project planning and end-to-end execution capabilities - Experience managing project financials, profitability, metrics, scope, and change control - Ability to manage moderate-to-high-risk projects and multiple dependencies - Strong stakeholder reporting, communication, risk, and issue-management skills Experience holding customers and delivery teams accountable for schedule, budget, quality, and business outcomes - Project management experience within an IT or telecommunications organization - Experience managing third-party delivery partners and associated commercial considerations - Experience contributing to presales opportunities or renewal evaluations - Experience mentoring junior project management professionals Active participation in a project management community of practice, including sharing best practices and lessons learned
