We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Java Developer to join our agile team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Java development, with a proven track record of designing, developing, and implementing complex software solutions. As a Senior Java Developer, you will be responsible for leading development projects, mentoring junior developers, and contributing to the continuous improvement of our software development processes. **Responsibilities:** + Design, develop, and maintain high-quality, scalable, and reliable Java applications. + Lead the development of new features and enhancements, from concept to deployment. + Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product managers, designers, and other developers, to define, design, and ship new features. + Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code. + Perform code reviews and provide constructive feedback to other developers. + Mentor and guide junior developers, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement. + Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues. + Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and technologies and advocate for their adoption where appropriate. + Contribute to the improvement of our software development processes and best practices. + Use AI based tools to improve the developer productivity and code quality **Qualifications:** + 7+ years of professional experience in Java development. + Strong proficiency in Java Version 21 or above, with a deep understanding of its core concepts and principles. + Extensive experience with Spring Framework (Spring Boot, Spring MVC, Spring Data). + Experience with building and consuming RESTful APIs. + Solid understanding of object-oriented programming (OOP) principles and design patterns. + Experience with No SQL databases (e.g., Mongo DB). + Experience with version control systems, such as Git. + Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills. + Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
