Together, we are building a better world, so we can all enjoy living in it. **Role:** **Communications Specialist** **Purpose:** Provide dedicated internal and external communications support focusing on leadership communication, employee engagement, business updates, change communication, employee recognition, and employer branding. **Primary Scope:** Develop and execute an integrated internal and external communication strategy for Medium Engines. + Leadership communications, town halls, and cascades + Change management and strategic business updates + Employee recognition, culture, policy, and process communications + Employer branding and thought leadership through appropriate social media channels **Role:** + This role requires independent communication strategy, planning, and execution. + It partners directly with the Vice President, Directors, and HR Leaders on executive communications and business messaging. + It coordinates across multiple stakeholders, locations,
