Job Role:
• Recruit, onboard and develop insurance advisors/agents.
• Build and maintain solid relationships with advisors.
• Support advisors in achieving business objectives.
• Generate new business opportunities through the agency network.
• Drive advisor engagement, productivity and retention. Key Requirements:
• Graduation is mandatory.
• Experience in Life Insurance / Agency Channel is preferred.
• Good communication and relationship management skills.
• Strong interpersonal and business development skills.
