- Lead solution design and configuration of Aerchain modules sourcing RFx auctions supplier management contract lifecycle invoicing based on client requirements
- Gather and validate requirements directly with client stakeholders translate business needs into functional specifications
- Manage mentor and review the work of a team of Technology Analysts assigning tasks and ensuring quality of deliverables
- Own end to end project sprint planning tracking and delivery timelines
- Act as the primary point of contact for client escalations and drive timely effective resolution
- Oversee UAT planning and sign off ensuring quality standards are met prior to go live
- Provide regular status reporting to Infosys leadership and client stakeholders
- Review integration and data validation between Aerchain and connected ERP finance systems
- Identify process improvement and automation opportunities within the team s scope of work
- Ensure adherence to SLAs compliance requirements and Infosys delivery methodology
