Job Description:

- We are seeking a skilled Senior Power Platform Engineer to design develop and implement enterprise solutions using Microsoft s Power Platform ecosystem
- The ideal candidate should have hands on expertise in Power Apps Power Automate Power BI Copilot Studio Dataverse and integration with Microsoft 365 and Azure services
- The role requires working closely with business stakeholders to automate processes build business applications and drive digital transformation initiatives

Key Responsibilities:

- Solution Development
- Design and develop business applications using Power Apps Canvas and Model Driven
- Build automated workflows and business process automation using Power Automate
- Develop dashboards and reports using Power BI
- Design scalable solutions leveraging Dataverse
- Integration Automation
- Integrate Power Platform solutions with Microsoft 365 Dynamics 365 SharePoint Teams Azure SAP and other enterprise applications
- Develop custom connectors and APIs




- Automate manual processes and improve operational efficiency

Technical Requirements:

- Architecture Governance
- Define Power Platform architecture governance and best practices
- Ensure security compliance and data governance standards
- Support workplace management ALM and solution deployment strategies
- AI Copilot
- Build AI powered solutions using Microsoft Copilot Studio and AI Builder
- Implement chatbot and conversational AI solutions
- Leverage Generative AI capabilities within the Microsoft ecosystem

- Leadership Mentoring
- Mentor junior developers and citizen developers
- Conduct design reviews and solution architecture reviews
- Support onboarding and technical capability development
- Collaborate with business and technology stakeholders
