Job Description: Performance Testing Engineer (JMeter + LoadRunner)

Position: Performance Testing Engineer (JMeter + LoadRunner)

Experience: 2 to 3 years

Location: Bangalore / Pune / Chennai/Mumbai/Hyderabad

Employment Type: Full-Time

Required Skills

- Relevant years of experience in software testing with strong expertise in Performance Testing.
- Hands-on experience with Apache JMeter and LoadRunner for performance, load, stress, and endurance testing.
- Strong understanding of performance testing concepts including workload modeling, bottleneck analysis, and capacity planning.
- Experience in designing, developing, and executing performance test scripts using JMeter and LoadRunner.
- Good understanding of web technologies, HTTP/HTTPS protocols, REST APIs, and application architecture.
- Experience working with CI/CD tools such as Jenkins, Azure DevOps, or GitLab CI.




- Strong knowledge of Agile methodologies and SDLC/STLC processes.
- Experience in monitoring and analyzing system performance using tools such as Dynatrace, AppDynamics, Grafana, Splunk, or similar tools.
- Knowledge of defect tracking tools such as JIRA, Azure Boards, etc.
- Experience in performance testing of web applications, APIs, and distributed systems.
- Solid knowledge of SQL and database
