Key Responsibilities:

- Lead and manage a team handling Property & Casualty Insurance processes
- Oversee daily operations, ensuring team KPIs, SLAs, and quality standards are met
- Prepare and analyze MIS reports, daily/weekly performance metrics
- Drive process improvement and maintain compliance with insurance regulations
- Manage team schedules, appraisals, and performance evaluations
- Provide coaching and support to team members for continuous improvement
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders across regions and functions

Requirements:

- Minimum 7+ years of experience in Property & Casualty Insurance
- At least 2 years of team handling experience
- Robust communication and people management skills
- Prior experience in BPO/KPO setup preferred
- Hands-on experience in process management and reporting
- Comfortable working in US rotational shifts
