Responsibilities:

- Handle inbound technical support queries via phone.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Microsoft O365 products (Outlook, Teams, OneDrive, SharePoint, etc.).
- Provide timely and accurate solutions while maintaining high customer satisfaction.
- Escalate complex issues to higher-level support when necessary.
- Document all interactions and solutions provided.

Requirements:

- Minimum 1 year of experience in a technical voice support role.
- Robust troubleshooting experience in Microsoft Office 365 products.
- Excellent spoken and written communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal skills and customer-handling ability.
- Willing to work in night/US shifts.
