- Manage servers, networks, firewalls, and cloud infrastructure.
- Ensure smooth functioning and high availability of IT systems.
- Handle data backup and disaster recovery.
- Lead the IT support team and resolve user issues.
- Manage Microsoft 365,



Active Directory, ERP, and other business applications.
- Implement IT security policies, antivirus, patch management, and user access controls.
- Coordinate with vendors for hardware, software, and IT services.
- Plan and manage IT infrastructure and system upgrade projects.
- Prepare and monitor the IT budget.
- Support multiple office locations when required. Preferred Skills:
