Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled ServiceNow ITOM Developer with strong development and implementation experience in IT Operations Management modules. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and deploying scalable ITOM solutions within the ServiceNow platform, ensuring adherence to best practices and coding standards.

Key Responsibilities

- Design, develop, configure, and implement ServiceNow ITOM solutions including Discovery, Service Mapping, Event Management, CMDB, and Orchestration/Automation.
- Develop and customize ServiceNow applications using Business Rules, Script Includes, Client Scripts, UI Policies, Flow Designer, and REST/SOAP integrations.
- Configure and maintain MID Servers, and troubleshoot Discovery and CMDB-related issues.
- Implement CMDB best practices and improve data quality.
- Develop integrations with third-party tools and monitoring platforms.
- Participate in requirement gathering, technical design, development, testing, and deployment.
- Ensure adherence to ServiceNow development best practices and coding standards.
- Support platform upgrades, enhancements, and optimization activities.

Qualifications

- Skills:
- Minimum 4+ years of ServiceNow ITOM development experience.
- Strong hands-on experience in ServiceNow ITOM, Discovery, Service Mapping, Event Management, and CMDB.




- Strong scripting and development skills in JavaScript, Glide API, REST APIs, and IntegrationHub.
- Experience with MID Server setup and troubleshooting.
- Hands-on experience with integrations using REST/SOAP APIs.
- Strong understanding of ITIL processes.
- Experience in end-to-end ServiceNow customization and development.
- ServiceNow CSA/CAD certifications preferred.
- ITOM Implementation Specialist certification is an added advantage.
- Exposure to AWS/Azure/GCP cloud discovery is a plus.
- Experience with automation and orchestration tools is desirable.
- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies.

- Education:

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
