Position Summary

We are seeking a highly creative, analytical, and user-centric Senior UI/UX Designer to spearhead the digital product experiences across our web and mobile ecosystem. In this role, you will bridge the gap between user behavior, business goals, and technological feasibility. You will be responsible for the entire design lifecycle—from early-stage conceptualization, user research, and wireframing, to high-fidelity UI design, prototyping, and rigorous usability testing. The ideal candidate will have an exceptional portfolio demonstrating a deep understanding of human-computer interaction (HCI) and standard-setting visual design capabilities.

Key Responsibilities

- User Research & Insights: Conduct user interviews, competitive analyses, and contextual inquiries. Transform complex qualitative and quantitative data into actionable design artifacts such as personas, journey maps, and empathy maps.
- Interaction & Information Architecture: Define product structures, navigation schemas, and user flows. Build intuitive wireframes and low-fidelity prototypes to quickly validate structural layout and concepts.
- Visual & Interface Design: Create high-fidelity mockups, responsive layouts, and modern visual assets. Establish, scale, and maintain a centralized, accessible Design System using Figma variables and component libraries.
- Prototyping & Validation: Develop interactive, micro-animation-rich prototypes for stakeholder presentations and user testing. Plan and execute usability testing sessions, iterating based on metric-driven outcomes.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work intimately alongside Product Managers to define roadmap specifications,



and partner directly with Front-End Engineers to guarantee absolute design-to-development fidelity.

Technical & Core Requirements
- Minimum of 5 years of qualified experience as a UI/UX Designer, Product Designer, or equivalent role handling complex SaaS or high-growth B2C applications.
- Mastery of standard industry design tools, specifically Figma (advanced components, auto-layout, libraries), Adobe Creative Suite, and prototyping tools.
- A robust, multi-platform design portfolio showcasing real-world digital products from inception through post-launch iteration.
- Deep understanding of responsive grid frameworks, modern mobile OS design guidelines (iOS Human Interface & Android Material Design), and web accessibility standards (WCAG 2.1 AA).
- Strong communication and storytelling skills; ability to articulate and defend design rationale using data, research, and cognitive psychology principles to executive leadership.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

Basic comprehension of Front-End technologies (HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript/React codebases) to better collaborate with engineering teams. Experience designing interactive dashboard tracking or data visualization tools is highly desirable.
