Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated Application Security Analyst to play a crucial role in supporting the day-to-day operations of our core financial systems. This position will focus on application security configuration and upholding best practices across a range of enterprise systems, including PeopleSoft, Hyperion, Oracle Transportation Management, Lucernex, ARCS, and Coupa. The role involves ensuring the integrity, stability, and effectiveness of application provisioning and access management, with opportunities for expanded scope as systems evolve.

Key Responsibilities

- Administer and maintain role-based security across core finance applications, ensuring alignment with job responsibilities, least-privilege principles, and established control requirements.
- Support user provisioning, de-provisioning, and access changes across the application landscape, prioritizing timeliness, accuracy, and compliance with approval workflows.
- Conduct security design reviews and ongoing monitoring to identify access risks, segregation of duties conflicts, and control gaps, recommending practical remediation actions.
- Coordinate periodic access reviews and recertification activities with business owners to ensure appropriate user access and documented exception resolution.
- Partner with business stakeholders, application support teams, and audit partners to support investigations, root-cause analysis, control evidence requests,



and continuous improvement of the finance systems security model.
- Translate business requirements and control expectations into sustainable security roles, access models, and process improvements.
- Communicate clearly across business, technology, and audit teams, leveraging strong analytical and stakeholder management skills.

Qualifications

- Technical Skills: Application Security, Identity and Access Management (IAM), User Access Governance, Role-Based Access Control (RBAC), Segregation of Duties (SoD), Risk Assessment, Audit Support.
- Systems Experience: PeopleSoft, Hyperion, Oracle EPM, Coupa, Oracle Transportation Management (TMS).
- Soft Skills: Stakeholder Management, Analytical Skills, Documentation, Communication Skills.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Business, Finance, or a related discipline, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Attributes: Solid controls mindset, attention to detail, problem-solving abilities, ability to work independently and collaboratively, proactive approach to security and compliance.
