Job Summary

The Technical Assistant is responsible for ensuring the proper functioning, maintenance, and calibration of all machinery and equipment. The role requires a certified professional with strong technical knowledge in machine operations, preventive maintenance, and calibration standards to ensure accuracy, efficiency, and compliance.

- Salary throughout the training period will be Rs. 12,000/- per month with applicable statutory deductions.
- Immediate joining is required.
- No food and accommodation will be provided by the company.
- The employee has to undergo training for 12 months and in between the company feels that the employee is capable to handle work independently, probation period will be completed earlier.

Key Responsibilities

- Perform routine inspection, maintenance, and troubleshooting of machines and equipment.
- Carry out calibration of instruments and machinery as per defined standards and schedules.
- Ensure all machines operate efficiently with minimal downtime.
- Maintain records of maintenance activities, calibration reports, and service logs.
- Identify faults and implement corrective and preventive actions.
- Coordinate with production teams to ensure smooth operations.




- Ensure compliance with safety standards and company policies.
- Assist in installation and commissioning of new machinery.

Qualifications & Requirements

- Education: Diploma / ITI / Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical / Electrical / Electronics Engineering or related field. Valid certification in machine maintenance, instrumentation, or calibration (from a recognized institution) will be a plus point.
- Experience: 0–2 years of relevant experience preferred. Freshers can apply.
- Skills: Strong understanding of mechanical and electrical systems. Knowledge of calibration tools, measuring instruments, and standards. Ability to read technical drawings and manuals.
- Attributes: Willingness to work in shifts if required. Knowledge of safety and quality standards (ISO practices preferred).
