About the job

About the Role

- We are looking for an experienced and target-driven Sales Manager to lead our sales team, drive revenue growth, and build a strong sales pipeline. Experience in EdTech is preferred, while knowledge of the Pharma/Healthcare industry will be an added advantage.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead and manage the sales team to achieve monthly and quarterly targets.
- Develop and execute sales strategies to drive revenue growth.
- Monitor sales pipeline, conversions, and team performance.
- Coach and mentor team members on sales, negotiation, and objection handling.
- Manage key client relationships and support major deal closures.
- Prepare sales reports and performance dashboards.
- Collaborate with marketing and operations teams to improve lead conversion.

Requirements

- 57 years of relevant sales experience.
- Proven experience in team handling and target achievement.




- Strong communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
- EdTech experience preferred.
- Pharma/Healthcare industry knowledge is an added advantage.
