Key Responsibilities:

- Manage end-to-end recruitment for both BPO and IT positions .
- Handle bulk hiring requirements for BPO roles within defined timelines.
- Source candidates through various channels such as job portals, social media, employee referrals, and databases .
- Screen resumes, conduct initial HR rounds, and coordinate interviews with hiring managers.
- Understand job requirements and ensure quality hiring aligned with business needs.
- Maintain a strong pipeline of candidates for ongoing and future requirements.
- Follow up with shortlisted candidates on interview schedules, feedback, and offer rollouts.
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders to ensure smooth and timely closures.
- Maintain recruitment trackers, MIS reports, and candidate databases.
- Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.

Required Skills & Qualifications:





- Proven experience in BPO hiring and IT hiring .
- Strong understanding of bulk hiring and volume-based recruitment.
- Experience in handling multiple positions simultaneously .
- Good knowledge of sourcing techniques and recruitment platforms.
- Excellent communication, coordination, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet hiring deadlines.
- Must be adaptable and willing to work in UK shift timings .

Preferred Candidate Profile:

- Prior experience in a UK-based company / international hiring environment is an added advantage.
- Strong negotiation and candidate engagement skills.
- Self-driven, target-oriented, and adaptable.
