Job Description System Analyst

Role Overview

We are looking for a System Analyst to bridge business requirements with technology solutions. The role involves gathering and analyzing business requirements, designing system solutions, defining integration patterns, and ensuring successful delivery through collaboration with cross-functional teams while maintaining compliance and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

- Gather, analyze, and manage functional and non-functional business requirements.
- Design end-to-end system solutions, including business processes, data flows, APIs, events, and integration patterns.
- Work closely with Engineering, Product, and Business teams to ensure successful solution delivery.
- Define test scenarios, maintain traceability, and prepare functional documentation.
- Create data models, mapping documents, and API/Event/Batch integration specifications.
- Ensure compliance with security and regulatory standards such as InfoSec, PCI DSS, GDPR, and FCA.
- Support risk assessments, audits, and resilience initiatives.
- Drive continuous improvement by refining standards, mentoring team members, and leveraging metrics to improve delivery processes.

- Test scenarios and traceability matrix.

Required Skills & Experience





- 48 years of experience as a System Analyst or Business Analyst.
- Strong understanding of system analysis, business processes, and solution design.
- Experience with data modelling, data mapping, and API/Event/Batch integrations.
- Knowledge of SQL and relational databases.
- Familiarity with SDLC, Agile, and Scrum methodologies.
- Understanding of compliance frameworks such as PCI DSS, GDPR, FCA, and InfoSec.
- Excellent analytical, communication, stakeholder management, and documentation skills.

Preferred Skills

- Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.
- Exposure to Databricks, Alteryx, Power BI, Tableau, or similar analytics tools.
- Experience working in Financial Services or Banking domain.
- Knowledge of system integration and enterprise architecture principles.

Education

- Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related discipline.
