The Role

This is a multi-domain role for an engineer who wants to learn fast, contribute across the stack, and grow into a specialist. You will work across software development, hardware integration, field operations, and system testing getting hands-on exposure to computer vision, perception, motion planning, embedded systems, and autonomous platform deployment in a single role.

What You'll Work On

- Software feature development across computer vision, perception pipelines, and motion planning modules
- Sensor fusion across camera, LiDAR, IMU, and GNSS for perception and state estimation
- Localization and mapping support using SLAM or visual-inertial odometry stacks
- Obstacle detection and avoidance feeding into the planning layer
- Sensor and camera calibration to keep perception accurate in the field
- Data collection, annotation, and model training pipelines for real-world autonomous systems
- Integration testing and end-to-end system validation on physical autonomous platforms
- Drone field operations including pre-flight checks, mission execution,



and post-flight analysis (DGCA Remote Pilot Certificate sponsored if not already held)
- Ground control station operation and mission planning using QGroundControl or equivalent
- GUI development and tooling using Qt/QML (training provided if needed)
- Hardware-software integration support alongside the hardware engineering team
- Simulation-based testing in Gazebo or equivalent SITL environments

What We're Looking For

Required

- B.Tech / B.E. in Computer Science, Electronics Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Robotics, Mechatronics, or a related discipline where both software and hardware are covered
- 02 years of professional or project-level experience in robotics, autonomous systems, or embedded software
- Working knowledge of Python; basic familiarity with C++ is a plus
- Understanding of fundamental robotics and computer vision concepts
- Basic ROS or ROS2 exposure coursework, personal projects, or internships count
- Linux and Git proficiency
- Hands-on project work demonstrating real hardware or software build experience not just theory

Preferred

- Exposure to computer vision libraries: OpenCV, PyTorch, or TensorFlow
- Familiarity with ROS/ROS2 nodes, topics, and basic navigation stacks
- Qt/QML experience for GUI or HMI development
- DGCA Remote Pilot Certificate (we will sponsor this if not held)
- Experience with simulation environments: Gazebo, AirSim, or equivalent
- Basic understanding of flight controllers: PX4, ArduPilot, or MAVLink
- Hands-on experience with embedded platforms: Arduino, Raspberry Pi,



NVIDIA Jetson, or similar

Location

Bangalore, Karnataka full-time, onsite. Travel to Kochi and field test sites as required.
